Kentucky Derby: Not All Derby Betting Odds The Same

When it comes to betting on the Kentucky Derby online, Gambling911.com strongly recommends comparison analyses of all odds available per horse.  In some cases with the big underdog Derby horses, odds could pay out thousands of dollars more at one online race book over the other.  The online gambling establishments tend to be highly competitive with this event.

The best odds for favorite Big Brown came in at 3 to 1 at Bodog Life compared to some online race books that were offering the odds on Big Brown as low as near even.

Colonel John paid 5 to 1 odds at Bodog Life.  These were by far the best odds out there on Colonel John.

Likewise, Pyro paid 7 to 1 odds at Bodog compared to 5 to 1 elsewhere.

Z Fortune would pay out $2000 for every $100 bet at Sportsbook.com.  We cannot emphasize enough the importance of comparing odds since this horse pays as low as $1100 for every $100 bet at some race books we reviewed.

Adriano had odds of 35 to 1 at Sportsbook.com.

Denis of Cork paid out 25 to 1 odds at Sportsbook.com compared to 15 to 1 most other places.

Cool Coal Man we have seen anywhere from 25 to 1 to 50 to 1 with the best payout of $5000 for every $100 bet at Bodog Life

Eight Belles pays 30 to 1 odds at Sportsbook.com whereas this horse pays around 12 to 1 odds nearly everywhere else.  We are talking some major league value difference here.

Big Truck pays 60 to 1 odds at Sportsbook.com.

Anak Nakal pays 66 to 1 at Bodog.

Tale of Ekati pays $2800 for every $100 bet at betED.com compared to a low of $1100 we have seen elsewhere.  Terrific value!

We have some excellent value on Court Vision as well.  Nearly every book we looked at had this horse around 16 to 1 odds. BetUS.com had them listed at 20 to 1.

Z Humor pays 66 to 1 odds at Bodog.

Monba pays out the best at betED.com - 21 to 1 odds.

Smooth Air pays 30 to 1 at Sportsbook.com compared to 21 to 1 at some online race books.

Bob Jack Black is a high paying horse that pays best at betED.com - 50 to 1 odds.

Cowboy Cal pays 50 to 1 odds at Bodog.

Recapturetheglory pays 33 to 1 odds at Bodog.

Gayego pays 25 to 1 odds at Bodog compared to 12 to 1 we have seen elsewhere.

Note that these odds were as of May 1 and subject to change if not locked in by this date, otherwise odds were subject to change.  You will want to review the latest odds available from the  Gambling911.com home page.   Remember, Gambling911.com will be featuring extensive 2008 Kentucky Derby betting articles throughout the day Saturday direct from its home page.
