Negotiations for next week's UFC welterweight title fight are done, sources said, and both fighters have agreed to terms to compete Saturday at UFC 251 on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.  Gilbert Burns had been slated to fight Usman but was pulled after he tested positive for Covid-19 prior to arriving in Abu Dhabi.
