Jenny Woo punches out manager of strip club thanks
to poker tournament
Do
something Lou Dobbs!!!!!!!!!!
I'll admit I wasn't on
my best behavior Thursday night. Who to blame?
Let's start with Atlantic Broadband and its "hired
help" - yet another company that utilizes support
staff out of India. Where is Lou Dobbs when
you need him????? No offense to my dear friend
Jodi from Online Casino News.
I HATE COMPUTERS!!!
No, really I do. Or should I say that I hate 800
technical support numbers that put you on hold for
30 minutes just to tell you that they can’t help.
WTF???? You’re probably wondering where this
pent up frustration is coming from.....
Ok so let's go back
circa Thursday night. Like that? CIRCA
hehehehe my writing gets better and better every
day, doesn't it boys?
On Thursday night I attempted to log on to
Bodog.com (See
Web Site Here)
(at least the Indians I speak to from Bodog are
based out of Vancouver), embarking on my third poker
game for the
Vegas Insider/Bodog poker
tournament.
Well, my stupid
computer decided to have a mind of it’s own and
wouldn’t connect to my wireless server and instead
connected to “Tahitian Moon”. WTF!!!! I repeat WTF!!!
Who the hell is Tahitian Moon? When I tried to
connect to my server yet again my computer then
asked me for the network key. How the hell should I
know that?

"Where the hell is Jenny?" - Peter Gold,
www.vegasinsider.com
I then called Atlantic Broadband and spoke to a very
lovely woman (so I
thought) and explained my situation. She said “no
problem, I’ll need to
transfer you” and proceeded to do so. I then sat
for 30 minutes listening
to horrific music and ever so going Atlantic
Broadband recordings. Finally,
a man answered and asked me how he could help.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t
understand a damn thing he was saying. No wonder it
took 30 minutes for
someone to answer my call, it had to be routed all
the way to India!!!! No
offense Jodi. Lets just say this guy probably
regretted answering my call.
We went back and
forth for a while. He couldn’t get it through his
thick skull
that I just needed the network key and I couldn’t
get it through my thick
skull that he didn’t have it. He told me that
“Atlantic Broadband” doesn’t
support wireless. I then explained to him that the
“Atlantic Broadband”
technician typed it in for me when I had my
cable/internet hooked up.
Overall, I kept running into a very hard brick
wall. I finally hung up on
the guy. I told him!

"I DID WHAT? TO WHO?"
Taking a minute to calm down, I then decided to call
Linksys. Now they had
to be able to help. I gave up after being on hold
for 45 minutes.
After calming down for the second time, I gave up on
trying to play poker.
Instead, I got ready and went to a strip club with
some friends. That
probably wasn’t the smartest idea, seeing that I was
still somewhat enraged
from the earlier events. Let’s just say that it was
a tequila night. Need
I say more. You know that Jenny’s f***ked up when
she tries to take a swing at the manager. I was
told that I went for the face and landed on the
chest. Good thing he was a friend of mine, but
apparently I may have broken a rib. Haven't
heard back from him....probably because my phone got
disconnected lol.
Now before any of you say anything, I know I know no
more tequila for
Jenny. If only I was able to sign on, then the
whole strip club/tequila
event could of been avoided. So the moral of this
weeks story is don’t piss
Jenny off and then proceed to feed her tequila.
The only thing I
remember from that night after the call to India was
meeting some hot chic, having her invite me to Nikki
Beach for 4th of July fireworks viewing....and yeah,
probably some shots of tequila (gulp)....and not
being able to drive myself home.
Hopefully next week will go a little more smoother
then this one. And to
all you readers, thanks for letting me vent.
Don’t forget to register for the
Purple-Lounge
FHM free rolls. I’m going to
be in Norway and I promise to be on my best
behavior. Oh
and catch me Thursday as I now have my internet
situation fixed grrr.
