Herbert Edges Allen for MVP and Pickett ROY Favorite
Since the coveted NFL awards odds were released a couple of months ago, there have been a few notable changes.
At SportsBetting.ag, Josh Allen was installed as the MVP favorite with +700 back in March.
But after a rumored air-it-out assault from Brandon Staley and the Los Angeles Chargers offense, Justin Herbert has vaulted to the top of the MVP board. Herbert initially had +1400 odds.
Deshaun Watson is seeing his MVP chances slip as well, moving from +1000 on the outset (third-lowest odds) to currently +1800.
In the Rookie of the Year race, Kenny Pickett has usurped Drake London, who surfaced as the overall favorite.
Chris Olave (+1200 to +800), James Cook (+1600 to +900) and Skyy Moore (+1600 to +900) have all seen their odds improve as well.
Another change is that Josh McDaniels was initially installed as the favorite (+1000) for Coach of the Year, but now the leaders in the clubhouse is defending champ Sean McDermott.
