It's one of the most controversial issues surrounding the Democratic campaign: Whether the Florida and Michigan Primary/Caucus votes will end up counting. The verdict: At press time there was an emergency meeting being held on Capital Hill to determine what will happen. Odds favor the votes not counting....but instead being recounted. There has been a lot of news suggesting that voters in these two states would be given another opportunity to cast their votes. Both states were penalized for moving their primary dates up. But with the race so tight, there has been an outcry that votes in both states "should count". Who would this favor? Probably Hillary Clinton, who came back strong March 4. Clinton's odds were still set at 7-2 at Sportsbook.com for becoming the next President of the United States while Barack Obama had slightly better than even odds. Republican John McCain's odds were slightly longer than even. ----
