@$&%#ing Hypocrite!"They might as well throw a parade down Wall Street this week. New York Governor Eliot Spitzer has turned into the ultimate "hypocrite", Wall Street investors and others claim. Throughout much of the last decade, Spitzer has focused his attention on taking down investment firms, banks and even online gambling enterprises. In response to vast requests, the Internet gambling site Bodog began to offer betting odds on the disgraced Governor before Tuesday evening sets in. Gambling911.com's own Tyrone Black tells us the investment assets management firm he works at was still in complete shock on Tuesday following the announcement that Spitzer got caught up in an escort service probe. "When the first email came in we thought it was a joke and everyone just started laughing," he relayed from his office in Manhattan. "Once we realized what was happening, nobody can stop talking about Spitzer." And every person commuting by subway this morning had a newspaper in hand whether it be the New York Post, Daily News or - more recently, New York hot scoop darling, The New York Times. "You don't have to be able to read English to understand what is going on here," Black said. Spitzer has made so many enemies it's a wonder the "prostitution" revelation didn't come sooner. "Fry his ass!" said one angry Spitzer hater. It's not just investors, traders and bankers who have been targets of Spitzer's probes. The online gambling industry was harmed severely back in 2002 when the former District Attorney threatened to take down several banks that did business with these offshore firms - including PayPal. Sources close to Gambling911.com have revealed that Spitzer himself may have "secretly gambled on sports events". "He (Spitzer) had as much to do with the the problems in the online gambling industry as anyone," this individual stated. As for those betting odds, one bet idea being tossed around Black's office in between the March Madness pools was where Spitzer would end up next. "What country?" Tyrone Black asked. "You know he will probably leave the U.S. My money is on Paris!"
