Customers were waking up early in 2020 to learn they can no longer access the popular Ignition Casino and online poker room online.

BetUS offers dozens of online casino games

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) ordered the nation's Internet service providers (ISPs) to block nine more offshore gambling websites it deems as illegal.

In addition to Ignition, Roo Casino, GW Casino, Wager Beat, Joe Fortune, Ignition Casino, Casino Dingo, AU Slots and the slow paying Top Bet along with the popular XBet website have all been blocked.

Customers should be able to access via a VPN but are urged to pull funds.  It's business as usual at Ignition Casino.

In November 2019 Emu Casino became the first online casino to be blocked in Australia with the site allowing customers to withdraw funds.

The ACMA confirmed that more than 79 complaints were submitted about the sites, which have been targeting Australian players in breach of the country’s Interactive Gambling Act 2001.

More than 90 illegal operators have pulled out of the Australian market since 2017.

Ignition is among the largest online casinos in the world.

Ignition is available in 45 US states as well. Players are not allowed from New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or Nevada, however, our friends at BetUS are more than happy to fill that void.
