Back in May of 2018 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled to abolish decades long prohibition against sports betting.  As such, more and more people are becoming acclimated to the activity, including the state of Wisconsin, home of the Green Bay Packers and University of Wisconsin Badgers, not to mention the Milwaukee Bucks, who have finally gotten hot this season.

Wisconsin does not regulate mobile sportsbooks in state.  They do have sportsbooks at some of the tribal casinos however.

Wisconsin Retail Sportsbooks

Wisconsin sports betting is legal in-person at six different tribal casinos.  The first, and for a time, the only, sportsbook location in the state was the Oneida Casino complex just north of the Austin Straubel International Airport in Green Bay.

The Oneida Tribe also owns the Oneida Casino West Mason, also in Green Bay, which now has a sportsbook.

In 2023, the Forest County Potawatomi set up 17 self-serve sports betting kiosks at its two casinos: The Potawatomi Casino in downtown Milwaukee and the Potawatomi Casino in Carter, Wisconsin.

The St. Croix Casino in Turtle Lake, St. Croix Casino in Danbury are currently offering in-person betting at kiosks as well.

Unless you happen to be at these establishments, any mobile betting will need to be done via sportsbooks licensed outside the state like Americas Bookie.
