Can I Bet on UNC Tar Heels Games Online From North Carolina?

The UNC Tar Heels are among the favorites to win the NCAA Men's Championship game year after year.  Those living in North Carolina can bet the Tar Heels online from any number of top licensed offshore sportsbooks.
