Big Brother 2007: Ziggy The Favorite to Win

Big Brother 2007 is barely into its first week on the air and the newest housemate has barely stepped into the Big Brother house, yet Ziggy - the show's lone male thus far - is already a favorite to win.

So we find after only four days of wallowing and swooning over the jolly 'ol chap Ziggy that he's now the favorite to win at London's biggest bet shop, William Hill.

"Ziggy is definitely playing with young girls heart strings according to bookmakers William Hill, who have seen huge interest on new housemate Ziggy to be the eventual winner and he is now the 6/1 joint favourite with Laura to win. "There can be no doubt that Ziggy has proved a big hit with female viewers and we have seen a surge in the betting. Big Brother is the only market where we take more bets from female customers than male and and they like what they see," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.

Meanwhile, Leslie has been made the favorite to be first Big Brother (or in this case, Big Sister) housemate evicted.

Leslie was busy planning a party Saturday night.

"I can't believe they don't know what to do," she muttered, before announcing to no one in particular. "Would it possible for us to have a house meeting fairly soon? I think it woud be a good idea, don't you? We've been here for...,"

"Three days," offered Amanda. But Lesley was on full throttle.

"...four-and-a-half years and it might be a good idea just to sit down and plan what we're going to do this evening. We should throw some ideas on the table. Otherwise I shall go to bed, and we'll just say old people always go to bed. But the truth of the matter is that old people like to be stimulated and entertained and engaged. So go off and do your bits and then we'll all come back here and make a plan."

Big Brother are planning to have Richard give the contestants a task probably business related and he will then see them do the challenge and will then return 24 hours later to reveal who the winner is in which he will then hand the winner a special reward.

A show source said “What better way to show how pleased we are having him as Big Brother sponsor than by having him on the show”

During the series of Big Brother 8 all Virgin Mobile customers will be able to enjoy free text time between the hours of 9pm and 10pm only on Eviction Fridays.

Virginmedia.com are also launching a Fantasy Big Brother on May 31st and the portal will also feature exclusive updates from some celebrity video columnists.
