Even when a team is winning outright, this doesn't necessarily mean they are covering the spread.  Gambling911.com looks at recent game performance for specific teams to see who is winning out - the bookie or the bettor.  Here we look at the Wisconsin Badgers as of February 26.

The Badgers rank a 6 in terms of covering the spread over the last ten games and are generally trending downward.  On the season they are 14-12 Against The Spread.  Bettors who wager on the Badgers spread every game at $1000 a pop should be profiting somewhere in the neighborhood of $1500 to $2000 but their trajectory right now is not good.  Madison area bookmakers and agents shouldn't be getting crushed, but they'll have a difficult time turning a profit without the loss leaders and other profit-making aspects of a Pay Per Head service.

They have failed to cover in their last four games, though Wisconsin did cover the spread in their previous six, which has allowed the Badgers to maintain a 6 ranking Against The Spread.

They will face what is essentially an Indiana Hosiers team playing .500 basketball.  But Indiana is at home in a series where the host has won seven of the last eight.  Granted, Wisconsin played the last three games in this series at home and won the lone away game prior to this time.

Action was balanced on this game.

Klay Thompson Next Team Odds

Tuesday night was likely Klay Thompson's last game as a Golden State Warrior.  Next stop?  Orlando, assuming the oddsmakers are correct.
