Packers 6-4 Favorites to Win NFC North Despite Injuries

The Green Bay Packers will pay $60 for every $40 bet to win the NFC North following their first loss of the season to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4 (Thursday).  Whether that can be viewed as value would be in the eyes of the beholder.

It  is not clear yet how long the Packers will be without receiver Davante Adams and running back Jamaal Williams.

Williams was carted off the field and spent the night in a local hospital after suffering head and neck injuries in Thursday's game following a scary hit.  He was said to be in good spirits overnight though his status is not yet known.

NFL Network reported that the injury to Adams is not believed to be serious and if he misses time, it won't be much.

Line on Eagles vs. Packers Thursday Night Green Bay -3

(September 22, 2019) - The line on the Philadelphia Eagles vs. Green Bay Packers Thursday Night Football game was coming in at Green Bay -3 early.  Sagarin suggests a line of -6.  This one should trend upwards ahead of Game Day.

Ahead of Week 3, the Eagles have not looked at all intimidating.  They just barely beat the Redskins and managed to lose by four points Sunday night as a favorite versus the Falcons.

The Packers remained unbeaten under new head coach Matt LaFleur after opening the NFL's 100th season with a victory at rival Chicago. They also beat the Vikings (1-1) for the fifth time in the past seven games at Lambeau Field.  Read More Here

NFL Betting – Detroit Lions at Green Bay Packers

The Detroit Lions have been a nice surprise this season, and if not for a loss to Kansas City two weeks ago they’d be the talk of the NFL. The Lions entered their bye following a crushing 34-30 defeat, their first of the season. They return from the off week with a big test at hand in a critical NFC North matchup with the Green Bay Packers.
