"I stay in shape by working out 5 or 6 days a week, doing an hour of cardio a
day and eating a high protein diet," said Ashley Massaro.  "Working out at the gym is one of my hobbies along with rollerblading on the boardwalk at the beach, riding my motorcycle and most of all, spending time with my family who mean more to me than anything in the world."
