Tyrone, who is up first?
Well, Payton, of the 12 finalist... no one named Jordan can ever expect to win... that nname only works in basketball.
Paula Abdul looks a bit sauced tonight!
She's always sauced, I mean..er...it's her personality, right?
AI (American Idol) is doing a tribute to 60s British acts such as Lulu and The Beatles...
Haley is going first. Her cover of Lulu's 'Tell Him' is weak! Not with enough throaty tenor. But... she did have on a nice tit-jiggling blouse.
Tyrone, this is a family show.
Randy loved it.... so did Paula. Simon... called her a 'naughty little thing... but a little shrekky in the middle... people will talk about more than your singing tonight' in reference to her blouse.

Chris Richardson is up next. He is from Chesapeake VA... not a "TALENT WELL" of America... but let's see...
They have close families there.
He is covering "Don't Let the Sun Catch You Crying"...and he is on note.... Smooth... really smooth... good close... and S-appeal... this guy might close...
Randy: "showed a different side of you... every note was not pushed"
Paula: sexy and charming acoutics....
Simon: "best performance ever... you did not make the song feel old-fashioned'
He wore blue jeans... with a light-blue collared shirt...and a blue zipper-hoody.
Paula... is DEFINETLY sauced.... and I know, as I nearly am.

We're back. Stephanie Edwards is up next. LULU said to Stephanie, she will cover a Dusty Springfield song "You Don't Have To Say You Love Me" from 1966.
Whoa..that was a little pitchy! That song had so much more and she didn't find it.
She was wearing black knee-high boots... and a blue strapless dress... very period..
Randy: not your best performance.
Paula: loved what you are wearing... but some notes fell off (true)
Simon: I think you are losing your edge... you are losing your soul... it is not necessarily you.... so I was not crazy about it.

Ok, we're back. We were just pondering, what ever happened to William Hung? She bang! She bang!
next up: BLAKE LEWIS from Bothell, WA, performing "Time of the Season" from 1967
Sounds too jazzy-night-club-soft. Way too falsito. He's wearing a pink shirt with white V-neck sweater. Way too soft!
Randy: you made the sone current :loved it
Paula: loved it!
Simon: a million times better than last week.
I don't know what-t-F they were listening too... it was the worst!
Conspiracy!
Lakisha Jones is up next. after Jennifer Hudsons recent Oscar success... the chunky sister well really have to "BRING-IT!"
Lakisha Jones: will cover "Diamonds Are Forever" against LuLu'' suggestion of "You are My World". Big hair - hunter green strapped dress.
She is doing a good job... note are on time.... pitch is fine..closed with a long good note.
Randy: good song choice.... did not feel enough Lakisha... "okay"... audience booed.
Paula: (sauced) great song... you did well.
Simon: you are fantastic singer.. (booes from the audience).... it was you at 50 years... it was not my favorite performance... I did not get it ..... MORE BOOING FROM THE AUDIENCE.
Randy: loved the appeareance... it was a big-song and it needed more of Lakisha.
I think they are all on drugs tonight.

Phil Stacey is covering: "Tobacco Road?"... a bluesy/jazz honky-tonk song. The tone is more instrumental supportive than the other covers.
Randy: good performance... I like you upper falsetto register.
Will Randy ever speak English?
Paula: good performance... your emotion of the song was okay.
Simon: I was not fond of it.. not enought grit from your voice.... too bar band. Many, many, booes from the audience after Simon's critique.

Next up: Jordan Sparks: LuLu suggests... for Jordin Sparks, 17 years old from Glendale, AZ. "I, who have nothing" by Tom Jones. Good cover... but a little too soft.... not enough !
Randy: great control... one of the best performances of the evening.
Paula: wonderful performance.... at 17!
Simon: it was so gloomy... I wanted the sun to shine.... it was bit depressing... but you sang it beautifully.
Sanjaya Malakar from Federal Way, Va will cover... "You Really Got Me!"
Okay... the song is the most popular song of the evening..straight to porn! Too pretty of a look and of a sound...
Randy: you shocked me tonight.... you are usually more conserved... this was your best performance to date.
Wow, this could help his odds.
Paula: you went for it! I hope you had fun.
Simon: I think the little girl's (grimacing) face says it all!
Little girl asked by Ryan SC: loved it!
Ack, the little girls will all dial in to vote!
He can do well in a nightclub in Bombay or some island resort...
He had long hair... and his delivery and performance was not... not... DOORS-enough!
Gina Glosken, from Naperville,. IL is up next covering a Stone's classic "Paint it Black"
too: Joan Jet.... Pink... not NEARLY throughty enough! poor closing: short.
Gina was wearing black stirrup pants... and a black leather vest...
Randy: it was just okay for me..
Paula: loved it... (drunk-ass)... this is what you have fun doing... she is so wasted... I want her! (she is so wasted)
Simon: there were moments of complete torture.... that (performance) was style over content. And... he was 100% correct! (for once this evening)
Chris Sligh covering: "No one told me about her..." soft... but on note.. He's wearing a paisley collared shirt with a dark jacket and blue-jeans..he did a good job, but his chunky appearance...
He needs to get his ass to Subway.
Randy: everyone is performing tonight... (audience applause).... it is a great song for you ... you were just a little ahead of the beat...
Paula: you worked the audience... your vocals were really good.
Simon: what could have done to be more personable... I think you did your thing (with the audience).... it was not the best vocals of the evening.... but you did MUCH better than last week.
Belinda Doolittle is up next, 29 - from Brentwood TN.
Commercial break: I am expecting a little T&A presentation from the 'senior' stateswoman this evening.
They need more nudity or violence in this show.
Doolittle on "British Invasion Week"... decides to cover...a torch song... (t&a - like I said)
"As Long as He Needs Me" from the musical "OIiver: SPECTACULAR! She is one note... finished big... the BEST of the evening! It was not a popular song.... and STILL the audience loved it!
Randy: I guess we can say tonight... we saved the best vocal for last... you have great relative pitch. You are a PRO up there..
Paula: you tell a story with that song.
Simon: are you REALLY as nice as you seem.... you made the second part of the song great with an impeccable vocal.
They just did a recap of the performances, and that's it for tonight!
Who do we think we get voted off?
Tyrone thinks Sanjay and Lakisha are history!
Payton thinks Sanjaya will be voted off , and Gina will go as well.
Stay tuned for tomorrow's show coverage!
