American Idol Elimination Results April 11

American Idol elimination results mean 7 Idols left.  Heading into Wednesday's American Idol elimination results show we were shocked to learn that two of the favorites - Lakisha Jones and Jordin Sparks - were among those who stood a very good chance of being eliminated Wednesday night.

This is Carrie Stroup reporting for the leader in American Idol betting odds, Gambling911.com.  And while Phil Stacey and Haley Scarnato seemed like the most likely candidates to be voted off American Idol this week, preliminary voting trends seemed to suggest this would not be the case.

One thing is certain....Sanjaya Malakar stays!  Well, as close as certain that one can get I suppose.  He was actually one of the more memorable performances last night.  Give it up for Sanjaya.
