With all the momentum surrounding Big Brown and the chance he could win a Triple Crown, 2008 Preakness Stakes betting is likely to be way up over past years.

The 2008 Kentucky Derby became the single most inquired about betting event in Gambling911.com's eight year history, nudging out the 2008 Super Bowl by around 700 unique visitors.

Early odds not surprisingly had Big Brown a big favorite at -300, requiring a $300 bet to win $100 (and that $300 is paid back should Big Brown win).

The horse instilled with the next shortest odds was one Harlem Rocker, with a payout potential of $450 for every $100 bet.
