2007 Week 11 NFL Free Picks (From The Bookies)

Got some great 2007 Week 11 NFL free picks for all of you today. We went 1-1 in College Football yesterday with a loss by Kansas State and a big win by Washington U. Let's go for the jugular today in NFL. Last week I was 4-2 with my NFL picks.

How do we do it? We examine the most bet on teams, the amount of betting action on a particular side, and whether the online bookies have moved the line and how much.

Here were your top 10 bets heading into Sunday afternoon:

#2: Browns(Cleveland) Point Spread
#3: Rams(StLouis) Point Spread
#4: Cowboys(Dallas) Point Spread
#5: Packers(GreenBay) Point Spread
#6: Saints(NewOrleans) Point Spread
#7: Giants(NewYork) Point Spread
#8: Steelers(Pittsburgh) Point Spread
#9: Buccaneers(TampaBay) Point Spread
#10: Colts(Indianapolis) Point Spread

We'll skip right over the massive game of the day: Patriots vs. Bills, since the bookies have been moving the line and demonstrate no real opinion here.

The Cleveland Browns - that's a different story. With a line that has stayed at Cleveland -2 1/2 on the road all week long and 82% of the betting action going towards the Browns, there is no question the bookies feel strongly about Baltimore covering. Cleveland is the #2 bet of the day and the bookies feel confident in pushing all the public money that way. Baltimore Baby!

I can't get over the one-win Rams being a -3 favorite on the road in San Fran. Neither can the bookies. Despite this being the third most bet on team of the NFL weekend with 90% of the point spread action and 83% of the money line action, the line has not moved an ounce off of St. Louis Rams -3. There is a HUGE opinion here on San Francisco +3.

Dallas the -11 home favorite, no line move and 86% of the betting public on the Cowboys? It's also the 4th biggest bet on team of the day. Yeah, we're all over Washington +11.

Green Bay -9 1/2. This one hurts. I don't trust Carolina as far as I can throw them. Quarterback Vinny Testaverde starts here. The line hasn't moved off the 9 1/2. 86% of the betting action on Green Bay. The bookies have a strong enough opinion here that Carolina will at least be able to cover on the road.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. New York Jets - Don't trust the Jets either but bookies haven't moved off the Steelers -9 1/2 line and 84% of the betting action is on Pittsburgh. Keep in mind, the Jets are a +9 1/2 home dog. Solid enough opinion on the Jets here at +9 1/2.

Tampa the 9th most bet on team as a -3 road favorite in Atlanta. Unfortunately my system requires us to take this game into account and realize that with 86% of the action coming in on Tampa Bay and no move off of the number 3, bookies feel confident enough in Atlanta to cover the +3 spread.
