Not surprisingly,
Tiger Woods was the favorite American. He was
at even odds. Mickelson was next at +450 or $100
pays out $450.
Top
Australian/Asian was A. Scott at +300 odds followed
closely by Geoff Ogilvy at +350 odds.
The top Brit:
Padraig Harrington, but at a whopping +550 odds.
Justin Rose was practically tied at +575.
That's a $550 to $575 payout for every $100 bet.
Since there is no runaway favorite among the
British/Irish players, there is definitely great
value to be found here.
Sergia Garcia was
favored among the Europeans with odds of +275,
followed by Sweden's Niclas Fasth at +450
odds.
As for the rest of
the world, the favorite was South African golfer
Ernie Els at even odds. Fiji's Vijay Singh
comes in with odds of +350. Another South
African, Retief Goosen, comes in with odds of +650
and the 2007 US Open champion Angel Cabrera came in
with +950 odds and a potential payout of $950 for
every $100 bet. He comes from Argentina.
